Some cracking news: AB Jackson’s Donut pamphlet Apocrypha is the next PBS pamphlet choice. Well done, ABJ and Donut! It’s an excellent publication — tremendous poetry, beautifully designed — and a well-deserved accolade. If you don’t already have it, snap it up: it’s a limited edition of 250 copies.
While you’re at it, you might like to support the PBS, which lost its Arts Council England funding entirely in the latest round of cake slicing and dicing. The PBS may not be perfect, but to lose it would be a huge blow to the poetry ecosystem in the UK. It’s an inexplicable decision, really. At the very least, you can sign the petition.
