Gripping my Loss

A snip of the London Grip New Poetry – Spring 2025 contents page. In the top left, there is a photo of an owl tilting its head to the side. Below that is the date Mar 1 2025 and the title "London Grip New Poetry – Spring 2025". Beneath that is the text: "Issue 55 of London Grip New Poetry features poems by:" and the list of contributors.

Two publications in two days! That must be a record for me, though I’m not sure my record keeping is stringent enough to confirm or contradict that. Still, it’s a great way end one month and begin another as, following yesterday’s publication in Bad Lilies, my poem “Everything is running out at once:” is published today in London Grip‘s New Poetry – Spring 2025.

It rather seems like things are queuing up for me right now as opposed to running out, doesn’t it? As I mentioned in my post about the piece in Bad Lilies, I also have two poems coming out in the next issue of The Interpreter’s House, so keep your eyes suitably peeled for those, dear readers.

Don’t forget you can watch the video of me reading “Everything is running …” at the Loud Poets showcase here.
